What is Pho

Pho [ pronounced fuh] is a Vietnamese national dish; Pho originated in northern Vietnam, and was popularized throughout the rest of the world by refugees from southern Vietnam after the Vietnam War. Phở is an aromatic, nutritious and delicious rice noodle soup. Our stock cooks for a minimum of 16 hours to prepare – this style of preparation is key to developing the Pho broth and gives it a distinctive taste and aromas.
