Pho [ pronounced fuh] is a Vietnamese national dish; Pho originated in northern Vietnam, and was popularized throughout the rest of the world by refugees from southern Vietnam after the Vietnam War. Phở is an aromatic, nutritious and delicious rice noodle soup. What is Bun Nam Bo

Bun Bo Nam Bo (beef noodles from the south) also known as stir fried beef with vermicelli noodles. Bun Bo Nam Bo is essentially noodles and beef south Vietnamese style. The popular dish has travelled well through out the country and is also well known in the capital Hanoi. Beef is used in the dish and stir fried in garlic gives it a beautiful aroma. The sauce simply consists of fish sauce, sugar, lemon, chili and has a deliciously light sour and sweet undertones. The dish is topped with marinated beef, fresh vegetables, herbs, vermicelli noodles, roasted onions and crushed peanuts.
